What is Rate Radar?

Rate Radar is a rate-shopping tool for hotels. It monitors your competitors' published rates so you can see what the market is charging without checking each property manually.

When you set up Rate Radar, you choose five competitor hotels. Together with your own property, that makes a comp set of six. Rate Radar then pulls the latest rates and availability for every property in your comp set, every day, for the next 365 days.

You'll see this data across five views:

• Overview — today's snapshot of your comp set with a bar chart, rate cards for each competitor, and the most important next dates.

• Calendar — a month-by-month grid showing rates, Signals, events, and availability for every date.

• Detail — a trend chart and price table for spotting patterns over time.

• Parity monitor — flags when Booking.com partners are selling your rooms below your direct rate.

• Room mapping — a setup screen for matching competitor room types to standard categories so comparisons make sense.

If your property runs on a supported PMS, you can also connect your PMS to see your remaining inventory (TLTS — total rooms left to sell) alongside competitor rates.
