Understanding the Overview dashboard

The Overview is the page you'll see most often. It's a one-screen snapshot of where your comp set sits today and what's coming up across the next six days.

The filter bar

At the top of the page sits the filter summary, e.g. At least 2 guests | Any meal | Lowest.

This tells you what subset of rates Rate Radar is currently comparing — minimum guest count, meal plan, and which rate type is being displayed. Click Edit filters to change any of the three.

Last update and actions

To the right of the filter bar you'll see Last update X minutes ago, plus two buttons:

  • Update prices — triggers a fresh price update for the next 365 days. You can use this up to three times per day on top of the scheduled daily update.

If an update is in progress, a banner shows Prices are currently updating and a count of remaining items.

Today's bar chart

The chart compares your rate against each of your five competitors for today's check-in. Hover any bar to see the exact price.

Below the chart sit six rate cards — one per property. Each card shows:

  • The latest price and the change versus yesterday (vs yday), with an up, down, or flat indicator.

  • The room type and rate condition (e.g. Genius discount available, Breakfast included).

  • A Latest row (today's price) and a Yesterday row (the previous day's price for comparison).

If you've connected your PMS, your own card also shows a TLTS badge — total rooms left to sell.

Signals banner

Below the rate cards you'll see a Signals banner — with High, Medium, and Low counts. Click View Signals to open the Signals Hub and review notable competitor moves.

Day cards

The lower section shows day cards for the next six dates. Each card shows the Comp median, your price, inventory badges where relevant, and any meal or discount icons.
